Anon, I’m really sorry but I have absolutely no idea what you mean :( I would answer this privately but you’re anon, so… can you be more specific what you mean with ‘get stuff onto that link’ and ‘get stuff on the page’?

Let’s say you want to link to your about me page, for example, then you would put in the URL box something like http://yourtumblrurl.tumblr.com/about_me and in the link title box About me and the link appears automatically on the page. But I don’t know if this really is what you wanted to know :/
